Important: Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration — including falsified CNIC documents, incorrect date of birth, or fictitious contact details — is grounds for immediate and permanent Account termination without refund of deposited funds, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
2.4 Registration Process. To register, you must provide an active Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and a preferred account password. Full identity verification, including CNIC document submission, is required before any withdrawal request will be processed. pk770 may request additional documents at any stage of the account lifecycle for compliance purposes.
2.5 Corporate and Third-Party Accounts. Accounts may only be registered and operated by natural persons acting on their own behalf. Registration on behalf of a corporation, trust, or third party, or at the instruction or for the benefit of another person, is prohibited.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk770 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 3.2 Unauthorised Access. 3.3 Account Inactivity. The applicable inactivity fee schedule is published in the platform's Help Centre. Where an Account balance reaches zero as a result of inactivity fees, the Account may be closed.
3.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your pk770 Account at any time by contacting our 24/7 live chat support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
3.5 Account Closure by pk770. pk770 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving Prohibited Conduct, regulatory requirements, failure to complete Verification within a reasonable period, or material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods. pk770 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Available methods and minimum/maximum transaction limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated from time to time without advance notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount at pk770 is Rs 100. There is no maximum deposit limit under these Terms; however, individual payment method providers may impose their own limits, which pk770 cannot override.
4.3 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited instantly to your Account balance. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are typically credited within one business day, subject to the processing times of the relevant banking institution. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited upon blockchain confirmation, typically within one hour.
Note on Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This same-source withdrawal policy is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and applies to all Accounts without exception.
4.4 Withdrawal Requirements. Before any withdrawal request is approved, the following conditions must be satisfied: (a) your Account must have completed full identity Verification including CNIC submission; (b) your registered payment method must be verified; (c) any applicable Wagering Requirements attached to Bonus Funds must have been fulfilled; and (d) there must be no outstanding compliance review on your Account.

4.6 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated in PKR. pk770 does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of credit and displayed in PKR thereafter.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by pk770 are subject to specific terms including Wagering Requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, minimum eligible bet sizes, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, eligible game categories, and expiry periods. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times on eligible games before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds may be withdrawn as real money. 5.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotional offer may be claimed once per player, per registered household, per device, and per IP address. Any attempt to claim the same promotion multiple times through multiple Accounts will be treated as bonus abuse and handled in accordance with Section 7.
5.4 Maximum Bet During Active Bonus. While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum bet or stake per round or per transaction is limited to the amount specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and any associated winnings, at pk770's discretion.
5.5 Bonus Expiry. All Bonus Funds and associated free bets carry an expiry period as stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus Funds not wagered and free bets not used before the applicable expiry date will be automatically removed from the Account balance without compensation.
5.6 pk770's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. pk770 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, including during the active period of that promotion, where pk770 reasonably suspects abuse or where continuation of the offer would create a disproportionate financial exposure. Players who have already claimed and are in the process of fulfilling a promotion's Wagering Requirements at the time of modification will be entitled to complete fulfilment under the original terms.

6.3 Error and Void Bets. pk770 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was displayed in error, including incorrect odds caused by technical malfunction, data feed failure, or human error. pk770 also reserves the right to void bets placed on suspended markets, bets placed after an event's outcome was known, and bets placed using any form of automated software or exploitation of a pricing error.
6.4 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or disconnection during a game round, pk770 will use all reasonable efforts to reconstruct the state of play from server logs and settle the round fairly. Where a fair reconstruction is not possible, the round will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Account balance. pk770 is not liable for any losses arising from a game malfunction beyond the return of the original stake.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on pk770 and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
Consequence of Prohibited Conduct: Where Prohibited Conduct is confirmed, pk770 will close the Account, forfeit any balance that is directly connected to the Prohibited Conduct, and report the matter to its licensor and, where legally required, to relevant law enforcement agencies. Genuine deposited funds unconnected to the Prohibited Conduct will be returned at pk770's discretion following investigation.
8.1 Ownership. All content on the pk770 platform — including but not limited to the pk770 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is either owned by pk770 or licensed to pk770 by its respective owners. All rights are reserved.
8.2 Limited Licence to Players. pk770 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk770 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. 9.2 Limitation on Financial Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk770's total financial liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or related to these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your pk770 Account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the date of the claim.
9.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. pk770 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the pk770 platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if pk770 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
